That was pretty cool, I think. I will use it for an extra credit film, maybe. Although hey - it has love, betrayal, action, kidnapping, a guy getting thrown of a cliff, fantastic costuming and dance numbers! What more could you want ;)

In less exciting news, my TV is dead so i had to watch ot on my laptop. It won't turn on - there is a whining sound as it tries to power up, but nothing happens, whether I use the button or the remote. Good thing I just bought that VCR eh? :p Ahh well, free tv, you served me well.

Anyway, I tried to find clips form ITLOTWC, but there isn't anything. So instead have this clip of Kwakiutl ceremonial dancing from the 70's. This part is at least in colour, although it is a 2 min clip form a 2 hour dance :p It also mentions the fact that these dances were all proprietary - private property. Ahhh, pacific northwest peoples are so neat!

I have been in a crappy, cranky, whiny mood lately. I blame mnot getting enough sleep, crap weather, and a host of inconsequential annoyances and other irrelevancies.

Today I am in an *awesome* mood! I Love you! You! Yes you! And the rest! Jola and I have hugs and cuddle for you! And maybe cookies!

I went dancing last night! I didn't mean to - it just sort of happened :o

I also got carded three times! Much to the embitterment of people who I was out with who are younger than me :V

If I had a superpower, it would be related to dancing. It would involve either making boys cry or attracting random lesbians.

They are currently producing a DVD release called Babylon 5: The Lost Tales Yes, new B5! I'm not sure exactly who 'they' are, though.

I don't know what to do today! Or what to have for breakfast. Or, brunch, I suppose :o

Happy Cinquo de Mayo!

I am going to finish my oatmeal in the hopes that it will settle my stomach. My stomach is not happy with the things I put into it yesterday, which pretty much consists of three slices of greasy cheese pizza, a fairly strong martini, and a couple bites of other people's appetizers/desserts (Them: Wow, this is really good! You should try it! Poor Starving Heather: Err.... okay, thanks :o). I think I also had some toast for breakfast, though.

Anyway, I will finish my oatmeal, then I will go to Dr P's office to pick up the exam. I could have done this on Wednesday, i suppose, but that would have been too easy. And this time I am going to remember my exam tote bag, too :p After the exam, I will sit through the discussions and such in 4000. After that, I will go to the History lab and try to do some marling, until I am too hungry, at which point - Lunch. After lunch, I will go to the library where it is quieter and proceed to do more marking, until shortly before two, when I will go and listen to more lectures about Ireland. I am planning to go to the MSA meeting late so I can catch the one about vikings, yay! After the MSA meeting, I will probably come home ad start getting stuff ready for the cooking I have to do tomorrow, and listen to my songs a million times, and try to decide what else I should dance to . I think three short songs will be good.

Of course what I really want to do right now is crawl back into bed, and none of this plan includes working on my thesis at all... :/
