Just to let people know what I'm doing lately - I just had my last class (!! of the degree!!) today, and I handed in my last paper yesterday. I spent the earlier part of today going over my thesis (not done yet, alas -_-) with a fine toothed comb. I will finish that either tonight or tomorrow, and pass out copies to my thesis committee tomorrow, come hell or high water.

Last night, you may have noticed, I spent writing some drables. I also talked to fihsy on Google for well over an hour. Possibly well over two hours - I forget exactly when he called. It was a good relaxing evening.

Tonight, if I am not working on my thesis (or maybe soloing, depending on whether or not Terry wants to give C a chance to rp a bit before she takes off for Fort Smith), I might go out with Dina and maybe some other peeps for post class drinks or something, Or be social in some other exciting way.

I also made a dentist appointment for next Thursday at 8:30. I guess I probably won't need any freezing or anything if I do get any work done, because I won't be conscious anyway ^-^

Also, I caved and ordered those sandals last night. I really want them, I really need another pair of shoes, and there were only two pairs left in my size! D: I have no regrets! They should get here sometime between Friday and Monday :)

In other news I really *really* hate footnotes. Or maybe I just really *really* hate the fact that so many of my sources are so bloody confusing -_- If I had 60$ to kill, I might just by a copy of the Chicago Manual of Style so I could burninate it :p

Did you *have* to? Is there a policy on that? What's the effect if you use Canadian or British spelling?

Well. I could have gone and checked with the graduate school to see if I could use either or, but my papers were divided between us and ca/brit spellings anyway, and thise just seemed easier. Probably as long as it was consistent one way or another, I could have gotten it by, but I decided on the path of least resistance/effort -_-

You, madam, have sold out your nation and your heritage for the unconscionable reason of sloth. I expect you will find, upon your attempt to return to my fair land, my solid form standing on the border, hand outstretched, impassable and unavoidable, preventing your passage over these sovereign borders. Know that I will be firm and unshakeable in my righteousness, and that no force or will in Earth, or, yea, in the Heavens themselves, shall shake me from my moral duty as an upright Canadian, except perhaps being flashed by your magnificent and godly rack.

Govern yourself accordingly.

I swear nobody reads the footnotes anyway. I challenge you to slip in a completely irrelevant silly one for shits and giggles :-D
