Preschool! I'm regressing! Man I long for the days when my only homework was drawing basic geometric shapes and colouring between the lines -_- Anyway, that is clearly not what I meant.
I think I had a pretty good day yesterday, even if it wasn't quite as productive as I would have liked. I went in early and went to the library. Then I had lunch, and got some photocopies of my handout, went over my presentation, etc. After that I read up on some sites I might want to use for my paper. Then class. My presentation skills are failing me this year - I don't know why, but I can't seem to organize myself very well, though I know thew material. If my presentations were better delivered I would be rocking this class hardcore! Anyway, it went fine but not *amazing*. After class, LeeAnne (A.k.a. other Lannie, but actually L'Annie) took me to Best Buy so that I could return my crappy new headset and get a (hopefully) better new headset. We'll see tonight! I also picked up a splitter so that I can watch tv and be online at the same time.... unfortunately I only picked up one extra coaxial cable and not two, so I still need one of those to get the set up properly -_- L'Annie said she had open though, so I'l see if she can bring it over tonight.
After that we went to the gym - I really need to make an apt at Student Health. I guess I could do that today - I also need to go to the international student place so they can copy my I-20, now that I have it back. measured_words and worked a bit on The Cursed Wreck. Then I read the entire archive of The Unspeakable Vault (of Doom) because webcomics about the Great Old Ones are always good for a chuckle. And then I spent a zillion dollars on Amazon - they gave me another trial membership for Amazon Prime! Yay for fast free shipping until Dec 11! I may take advantage of that for Christmas things :) Anyway, I bought two school books, the new Decemberists CD (because I felt guilty for just dl-ing it.... and then weak for feeling guilty! -_-) a dvd off my ex-wishlist (Snow White!) and something else.... of yes, Encyclopedia Cthlulhiana, which seemed like a good deal for 12$ ^-^
Now I am going to finish my tea, brush my teeth and head to school to work on ship drawing stuff, whee! After I make an appointment and take in my I-20. Yes.
