For those who don't know, these are stories I'm writing to coincide, more or less, with one of my ongoing online D&D games, featuring an ex-pc of mine along with various key npcs and so forth... I'm trying to write it so that people aren't completely lost as to what is going on in the background of the series, so, ah, let me know how that is workin' out, eh? ;)

Game last night was really great. We had a lot (4-5?) hard fights all against single opponents and all in a row. We nearly lost a couple of characters, but didn't in the end. However our mages are all pretty much depleted, and we have not yet escaped. Good session - the fights weren't just hard, they were also narratively dramatic, and there were some good little rp moments in there as well. Anyway, I stayed up too late after game geeking out about various and sundry, and didn't finish my Pieces entry. the this morning, while I did write more I got distracted by *other* exia stuff, and it still isnt' done. Boo on me! Well, now I am off to the gym, and then dance class. I bet I'll be tired tonight.... not too tired for More Exia (Gaiden), though ;D But hey I have been writing everyday a little bit at least, so i should count that a success. It is just hard. It's hard to write. I need too many details, and I need them to be consistent, and it slows me down as I try to figure stuff out :/ Excuses excuses..... anyway, off to the gym to swim swim swim!

My life lately: Gaming, fitness, and creative writing. Woot!

So, I knew I wouldn't be able to rest until I had his all figured out properly. So I just took a couple minutes with my PHB and the d20 SRD page, specifically looking at the write up on bane weapons.

So here we go, then, it's time to Look at ( Noren's attacks and damge )

Yes, it is a good thing that I have to go take a shower anyway. that isn't even considering how that changes when he is fighting on horseback, where he ca make a charge attack versus an undead creature and wind up with an attack score of 15, and minimum damage for the one hit goes up to 22 and max to 56, nor does it include the fact that one of our druids is pretty generous to me with her bull's strength spells...
