I saw a girl on the bus yesterday who was wearing a short sleeveless dress, or possibly some kind of tubetop and shorts? She had a large bookbag on her lap, and the way she was sitting, with her arms and legs crossed, it looked like she was naked and trying to hide her shame with the bag. I wasn't convinces she wasn't until i stood to get off the bus and passed her.

Waaaaaaant! Also waaaaaaaaaaant!

I went to Muldoon's coffee house today. They have been open for all of five days,. the staff are friendly, but slow, as they are still figuring things ut. The interior was quite nice. i had a tasty brownie frappe, but couldn't finish it because I have finally met the slice of cake large enough to defeat me. it was literally 1/6 of a 3-tier frosted cake. Italian cream cake. It was *delicious*. Half of it is sitting in my fridge, pointing and laughing at my weakness. I am plotting my revenge, but it may have to wait until tomorrow. Or at least, much later tonight. :x

Mongols are awesome.

I want to buy new running sneakers, but I can't find a chart anymore to tell me which kind is good for what kind of feet. Or is that no longer en vogue? Oh, never mind, I managed to find it on the 'Zappos classic' view :p The question is - will they still have that info in the show descriptions, hmmmm....
Still not entirely sure which I need, but hopefully whatever I go with won't make my toes fall asleep after 10 min on the elliptical :p

Sometimes it is filling out the info on semagic that makes me remember to turn on music. This is one of those times.
Music:: Steeleye Span - Black Jack Davy
location: home - study
Mood:: 'flighty' flighty

Oh, and btw, it's not your shoes or feet making your feet fall asleep on the elliptical. It's the machine. It's a common problem. You can fix it by moving to the stair climber, treadmill or bike.

The other thing you can try is changing foot positions on the elliptical as you work out. It takes a bit of coordination, as I've nearly fallen off the thing before, but changing how your foot goes down on the pedal will change how weight and blood are distributed and should delay your feet falling asleep. It'll still happen, though.

I second this (though not for the elliptical, because it is a thing of evil best avoided). My first pair are on their way, and they are of the awesome.

Also, while I'm thinking about it, did you decide on SHA yet?
