More Jola!

she hid under my desk all day at school. She's so scared... But also gentle enough to eat very gently right out of my hand. She will cuddle right up against people when she is being held. She's yet to bark, but whined a little nervously after we forcibly exacted her from her hiding spot. Now she is holed up in the kitchen, gnawing on a bone. After she sat there licking (and lightly gnawing) my hand i thought maybe she would enjoy it. Seems to be a hit. I was planning to read some stuff about maritime communities tonight, but maybe instead I'll read the puppy training book that Laura got me :o

She's also yet to go to the bathroom, anywhere, though I've taken her outside a few times :p

Aww, she is really cute. Her paws are small; she probably won't grow to be a big dog. Her head looks vaguely reminiscent of pit bull terrier but I've only seen adults, not puppies. Anyway, the pit bulls I've known have been nice; you just have to bring them up right. They DO have a very powerful bite and any dog might bite when startled so the vets used to muzzle them when we were working on them just to be safe. But your girl is so tiny, I'm not really sure that it IS pit bull I'm seeing.
