As for better medical treatment..... medium. I mean, the Bahamas are generally a backwater and HI is on the margins of *that*. People are pretty poor overall. Probably why they can't afford more slaves :V Although they don't have any real plantations, either... Depending on who you bleieve, they are so lazy that they barely put effeor into growing enoughfood to feed themselves.
