getting ready

This is kind of a to do list, and kind of not. I am relieved to see that my I-20 is now in Toronto. It arrived in downtown Toronto about an hour ago. I arrived at hazel's place more recently. This means that there is almost no reason that I shouldn't have it by tomorrow. Hooray! I spent last night packing. I am hoping that my suitcase will survive the trip without exploding. if I have the time, I may go out today and pick up a new one. I also have to go to the bank today and buy a bigass bankdraft, and hope that it will be enough, at least for now. *sigh*

I have not been sleeping well. It has been stupidly hot here. Really stupidly hot, and I can't sleep because of the heat, and also because I can't sleep with fans blowing on me, so I'm pretty much fucked n hat department. I'd like to sleep now, but I need to wait until my I-20 is delivered, so I can't. Instead I am trying to remember what else I need to do here before I leave, besides packing away the rest of the stuff in the laundry, and my sneakers, which are by Rob's bed. I can't believe I'm leaving tomorrow. :(

Also boo, boo! Booooo! The Book of Dark Wisdom is no not accepting submissions until October :( I dunno if I just missed that by a day or what, but damn :p Ahh well. I can wait. The story isn't going anywhere. P.S. read it, it is awesome ;)
