Yes, I'm on break so be prepared to have your F'lists flooded even more than usual ;p Hey, no one is making you read this ;)

First up, I stumbled upon this cool gargoyles Q%A site, run by one of the show's creators. As far as I can tell it is still ongoing. There are archives where you can read about specific characters and it is also searchable and so forth. A cool site for fellow fans. This was prompted by my watching more episodes this morning and remember just how damned good that show was. And how much I loved Owen.... Although I think I may have actually liked him better before I knew he was Puck.

It's been a lazy day so far, but I am about to start Thesising. this is later than I usually start, but I got off to a slow start, with the watching of Gargoyles and House, the hour long bath reading Perfume, the Story of a Murderer, and then talking to Jae for about an hour on the phone ;V

Anyway, I'd meant to finish writing this first, but obviously I got a little distracted in the middle there and I now forget any point I may have had ;) I am fairly comfortable thinking that i didn't really have one, though ;)

I remember gargoyles from UKTV, iy was ace. In particular there was a king arthur-related episode that I seem to remember, or maybe I am crossing this with some other series but I do remember there being a fair number of "literary" characters involved.

You would be correct! There are a number of Midsummer's Night Dream references (see above re: Puck), as well as MacBeth references (they are originally from Scotland, see ;), and later in the series they go to Avalon.

It was very very Ace, and also half the castwas voice from Star Trek: the Next generation folks. Riker was a regular, Deanna (as Demona!) made regular appearances.. Worf and data also hadd recurring characters. Star Trek reunion tour! Anyway, they are starting to release it on DVD, and I am happy. I just need a copy for meself ;)
