I was chicking in on my insurance claims today. They were both looked at relatively recently... On the 13th, that is. or maybe that's just when they updated their info, I don't know. I any case, I should be getting back full dollars for my medication claim that i put in in early January, but I haven't seen that check yet. I'll give it a week or so, and call about that.
I had another claim processing, but they needed extra information, because either: a- my insurace card is kind of crappy and doesn't give the right information, or b- the billing folks didn't know how to rad it properly. Mreh. Well, I *hope* that I have got that stuff all straightened out, anyway, and the insurance lady said that I should get full reimbursement *and* that it should only take about two weeks to process. If they get the info today, then that will be two weeks for today, and then I will be able to breathe a lot easier.
In the mean time, however, I'm having to be extra careful with my money, which means that I'm not going to be able to go to on the Anth soc Williamsburg trip, which is very disappointing. On the other hand, there is lots of other stuff going on that weekend so I can surely find *something* to do :) One guy I know is having a medieval dress themed birthday, and if I can get a way out there, I'll probably go to that :D
Anyway, dealing with all this means that I haven't gotten too much done today. I did have lunch at least, *and* I remembered to take out something for dinner tonight. I need to go up to Eller in about half an hour or so, though, and I'm not sure how my time is best used until then. I've already done all my dishes... I guess I can finish getting dressed and such, and look over the Viking boats things. I need to find some extra sources for that, and I have to remember to print my paper abstract when I get to Eller. Since this entry is disjointed enough already, I present to you the following silliness:
~Oh, I'm gonna get some grain tonight
Oh, sail on through the morning light
Oh, you've got to bring it into port
Flat bottomed boats you make the shipping world go round!~
