Yes yes...

I have had many refrigerator moments with figuring out that Charlie was Elias.

The first one, right after watching, was the comment about the Foster home. Really, disliking guns fit in there pretty well too, though I'm not sure if he's been doing his own stabbing or not. The cellophoine thing too was another epic facepalm.

There were a few things in the episode as I was watching that made me headtilt a little bit and in retrospect, direct palm to forehead with a small amount of force:

The comment that Charlie reminded him of Finch. I remember thinking "Are you so sure that's a good thing? - sounds a bit dangerous, Finch has a very twisty brain @_@"

The whole thing about The Count of Monte Cristo. Really. Come on, really. I couldn't tell at the time whether that was supposed to be homework he assigned (because - for a history class, whut?) or just some other random assignment. But in retrospect.... sheesh. He's basically built himself a whole little army of Alberts, hasn't he? :p

Did anyone else who has seen it figure it out as they were watching?

Also I really like the way it is building up at this point, with so much of the evidence Carter has through Reese's accidental involvement with Elias plots pointing to an alliance between them, despite her obvious recognition of his broader role as a sort of one man A-team...

Okay, off to work!
