Anyway, I'm going to go back to trying to finish my story. It isn't flowing as nicely today, though :/

Think in terms of transparent versus opaque context. Maybe the name for the people they serve has changed, but they can still be the same people.

Well, see, the problem with that is, the people the Hudson's Bay Company served were known as The English. As in, they lived in England.
