My bathtub faucet has been leaking *forever* in little drips. I had them fix it once and it stayed fixed for about a month (they replaced the cold water tap), and remained tolderable for a few more. Two months ago (possibly more now that I'm thinking of it) I started passing in a list of maintenance concerns when I paid my rent (which I can't do in person because of when they are open....which is never....). And nothing got done. It has been getting steadily worse - a constant narrow stream of water - lately. Yesterday I called and left a message (even though I called during their stated office hours, there was no one there :p), telling them they needed to fix it this week.

So, someone must have come today. Stuff has been moved around (shower curtain, stuff that was hanging on the shower rod, etc). but now it is about 5 times worse! It sounds like someone is running a bath, only it can't be turned off. its driving me nuts! So i called the emergency maintenance peeps and left a message there. We'll see what, if anything, comes of it :p Its going to be hard to sleep with it going, though -_-

I'm glad that i don't pay for water, and that it is the cold rather than the hot water :x

Also, they are supposed to let you know when they have been in your house - leave a note and/or a card, but there is nothing. Grrrr....

Also they were supposed to replace my miniblinds and haven't. One of them broke! By which i mean it snapped in half!
