Take some plain yogurt. Pour it in to a dish. Add some milk (any kind of milk, it really doesn't matter. You can use reconstituted powdered milk even). Leave it in a warm place overnight - I leave it in my oven turned to to it absolute lowest setting, but Jennifer has a heating pad that she got at the sally-anne that she just wraps around the container.
Voila, more yogurt! You can strain it through a sieve lined with paper towels to thicken it, and/or if you leave it out on the counter for another day it will also continue to thicken.
This is only my second time - to start mine I got just a single serving of plain danone yougurt and about a liter of organic whole milk. It was delicious!
And then you can just keep making *more* yogurt from that batch...
