Was someone writing my phone number on criminal bathrooms?

Because I just got two collect calls form some inmate at the county jail.

@_@

Considering he didn't even give his name, I did not accept. I didn't feel $5 bad for a stranger with the wrong number. Does that make me a bad person? I can imagine the day he's having, considering the desperation in his voice: "please please please pick up the phone!"
