I tried to sleep in this morning, but instead, I work up at 7 or 7:30 and couldn't get back to sleep. I had non-restful half-sleep until around 9:30, got up and puttered with pointless crap. Eventually I had a shower, did some dishes, and started sorting some laundry. then I realized that I should seize the day and go in to school before 5K, because I can do laundry during game without being disruptive.
So I went and bought lunch at Subway, because I had a craving and missed my meat day yesterday. And then I did a bit more tidying, and set up the bread maker to make some bread. I ought to get some more exciting fours next time I venture out to HEB... But really the only way I can eat white bread is if it is home made/bread maker, sans preservatives, so hey. fresh bread = made of win. It should be ready when I get home, yay for timers!
Then I did some more basic tidying and went to get the bus. I ran into David, who gave me a ride, which was even better! Since arriving an hour ago, I have looked at a baking community on LJ, and send a couple of e-mails (including one to Dr Ewen to see if he can help me get that missing letter... somehow. Magic! I demand magic!). And I just recalled that I have one more to send! This still leaves me about 4-5 hours of good working time here, though, so I'm not too worried...
Time to send that last mail...
I meant to make a to-do list for the rest of the weekend as well... I need to put in 4 hours of work since I'm taking off on Monday, and also do some house cleaning (dusting desperately needs doing!). And maybe go to target so I can get a cheap white undershirt so I can make a half-assed pilot costume for the Battlestar Galactica: Razor premiere in Dallas on Monday! I should also burn a copy of the sound track to listen to on the trip, and e-mail Ryan to confirm departure time/location, hmmm... I'd do that now but I don't have his contact info on me :p
