I just had a nice long entry almost ready to post, and pushed *somethign* (god knows what :o) that closed IE. Damnit >:|

I'm too bored and surly to re-type the thing either of it. Gist was: Hazel is sick, I read her part of Coraline, and I'm hungry. Also, this is the first night since I've been home that I haven't had anything to do.

If you download the tiny client for LJ, you'll not have that problem again. Even if you close the program in the middle of writing an entry, it will still be there when you re-open it. :)

Always press Control-A, Control-C before you post. Try replying to this with "Oh! Thanks!" and press Control-A, Control-C before you do. Then pretend that post failed, start a new post and press Control-V to 'recover' your post-text.

Control-A == Select All Text
Control-C == Copy Text To Clipboard
Control-V == Paste Test From Clipboard

Trust me on this, it's your LJ's best friend. =D
