Why would you even do that?

I just saw Elizabeth II: Revenge of the Catholics.

Leaving aside all the other historical issues, how could you make a movie that is ostensibly about the Spanish Armada and not even mention Sir Francis Drake?

It boggles the mind...

Can't have a dashing pirate running around the movie when Clive Raleigh Owen is supposed to be the hunky love interest.

Yeah, well, I can't blame him for being so hot, really. Really Owen plays Ralleigh-Drake, the dashing colony founding pirate. -_-
