I just did something pretty horrible to my back reaching behind me to grab a ha;f filled paint can while I was sitting on the floor. I just took a bunch of advil and am hoping for the best ;_; I tried some yoga stretches but Im not convnced it is a muscle thing - not after that horrible crunching ;_; I guess this is what happens when you wake up stiff from the gym the day before and don't stretch out properly.
I am just going to lie here in bed and try not to have to get up.
