I had a fun time last night, hanging out with daemonnoire, meeting some cool new people, abusing the massage chairs at Linens and things, and watching the new HP flick. I liked it quite a bit, and I think they did a pretty good job at getting across the meat of the book. Also yay lots of Neville! There were a bunch of people behind us who didn't know really anything about HP though, so afterward we had to explain a bunch of things. ("Who was that other chick with them?" "That was Ginny." 'Who is she?" "....") Anyway, this time, I really do hope to hang out with that crowd more - it isn't that I don't love my department friends, I just need opportunities to escape from school sometimes! Expand! Although since I am gong to be working this term, I have no idea how much time I am gong to have for much of anything :x I'll just have to make it somewhere. I don't believe in making school my life. That's just missing the point.

In other news, I have been officially approved for my new apartment, in building 1609, apartment C, which is one of the ones directly facing Anderson. It is going to have new carpets and such, and I'll go in and sign for it and see it next week, so hooray for that! I am going to start moving in on August 4, but I took extra time so that I don't have to rush. Mind you I should probably start packing now - there are lots of clothes, books, etc that i am really not going to need right away. Three week - go!

Also, I believe that tsiankiio is supposed to be in town today, and I am hoping to hear from her and justnukeit this afternoon :D

So, over all, wooh! Now if only I could focus on being academically productive... halfway through July and I've done shit all. Meh.
