I am looking for information about the early settlements on some of the Out Islands - and I'm not really finding anything of use. To the point which, having been there two days, I am havinfg a hard timing motivating myself to go out there toiday because I'm not suree ifd there is much more to look at. they have very little from the early colonial period, and like 90% of that is talking about New Providence/Nassau. I was hoping that going through the old council minutes would give me a better sense of who was living where, and how they all related (at least politically), and it only kind of sort of did. There isn't even much to give me more of a sense of maritime orientation that I got from looking at the calendar of State paper - less, even.

So I think next week I'll take a feerry out to the islands I want to work on and get some pictures and maybe talk to people, after I talk to the guy here, which I'll do maybe tomorrow or Monday.
