Life has been interesting recently. Veeeery interesting.

Last night was Exia, always fun. Meanwhile, Buck, Bronwen and Shan were watching movies, and making changeling characters and stuff. They watched Silence of the Lambs, which Buck hadn't seen. So now he just needs to see Hannibal, and he'll have sen that trillogy in order ;) Alas, Hannibal isn't as good as the other two. Also, I think I'm spelling it wrong ;)

It also turns out he isn't going to Vermont as planned... something happed with the people he was supposed to go and visit. We're happy to have him stick around, though ;)

Bronwen ented Kingdom Hearts yesterday, adn we are watching her play it. It's pretty cool, actually. FF and Disney combine FRIGHTENINGLY well :o I'm not a huge fan of the Evil Empire or anything, but this game has had me curious since I first heard about it. And from what I've seen so far it is good. Squall ("Call me Leon!") has David Boreanaz's voice (Angel).

For all of y9u who are still dubious... don't associate this Disney stuff with the random movies they've put out recently. Associate it with happier memories of cool disney things. Like Darkwing Duck (god I'd die if Launchpad was in this. Or the Duck himself!) Or Ducktales. Or Aladdin. The good things. Think of this in those terms. Disney doesn't always suck.

Speaking of Disney not sucking, ladysylkie has found me out ;D Pirates of The Carribean: The Movie. With Johnny Depp! PIRATE JOHNNY DEPP!!!! Rrowr. I'm weak at the knees already ;)

Other things, other things....

I took my clothes off for a room full of 17 year old boys this morning. Yup, getting paid to sit around nekkid is not a bad thing. I'm sure they enjoyed the opportunity to oggle my hot body, even if they were supposed to be drawing my skellington ;) $25 for two and a half hours of work... I can handle that. It's kind of sad that there are only two girls in their whole school, though. I asked them and they had to talk about it for a bit. i quote: "No, there is that other one too... who wears a dog collar and sometimes has pink hair. I think I've seen her twice." No girls at all in animation. The guys in the class all seemed nice, at least, if some were a little goofy/immature. They are just out of highschool. Still, a patella is a patella, not a 'Pantera' ;D

I think that is about it. I think I'm going to try and call Joel's parents tonight because I haven't had a chance to see them since I got home and it has really just been too long. Hazel has a one-on-one session with julie for a game tonght, but I think Buck is capable of entertaining himself for an evening.

Also: Julie, I never got to say the other night, but the session was really cool, manroot and all. Thanks for the NPC's too. I read them over last night but was too tired to type a reply. They all seem cool, I can't wait to interact with them. I can't wait to 'interact' with Eglorine some more too ;D I may have to e-mail you about how that relationship is goign to go, but I'll do it later, since you're going away. heck, maybe you won't even read this, it is an awfully long entry. I'm just too lazy to open e-mail again since I'm at Bronwen's ;)

Oh! More other things... This is shaping up to be quite long again, isn't it? Something else I have to do tonight is type up a cover letter, I did hear back from the Hmilton Archaeology guy, and he still wants to see my CV, so I'll find some way to fax it to him tomorrow. Yay job!

Also, I guess I should be hearing from Mr. Fisher tomorrow or sometime this weekend to get my router that he picked up for me... at about half the cost that we saw them for locally. Yay!

Back to Kingdom Hearts. The battle voiceacting isn't even particularly annoying.... Mell the magic might get on my nerves after awhile, but the fighting stuff is okay. And is anyone surprised that it is Areith who urges you to go on the side quest about the missing 101 dalmation puppies? "Please go help the puppies!"
