[Philomena] You beat three eggs and 1 and a half cups of sugar together and set aside
[Philomena] Then you mix one and one half cups of flour, a pinch of salt, 4t of baking powder, and set aside.
[Philomena] Then you put 3/4 cups of milk and 3T of butter in a sauce pan
[Philomena] Cook it until it bibbles, and then quickly add the egg mixture.
[Philomena] Stir it and qucily add the dry mixture. Then add vanilla. Pour into pan, cook about 30min at 350

[Luc] should you only use 2% or higher?
[Philomena] I use 1%, but I notice a difference from when I used 2%
