I've been promising my dad that I would post or otherwise disseminate some of the pictures that I took when we went on a canoing trip while I was home in.... May? I think May, yes. So, enjoy some lovely photos taken on the scenic Miramichi river. It was running really high, but it was a perfectly beautiful day. Warning - large images. May take awhile for dialup folk(s).

I was trying to get a picture of an interesting rock formation. dad was probably freaking out because we were going up a shallower channel than he was quite comfortable with. However, the way the water was running, we weren't in any danger, really. ;p
