It would be pissing rain today... :p

to do:
Fill out Texas finance form - well, as much as I can at this point
Finish filling out other Texas form
go to bank
get money for pass
deposit money from Nadine
Get letter
Modeling thing tonight

Rob works tonight, and Hazel and Ian (maybe dad and Jennifer, not clear on that) are going to his restaurant, probably, for food. That means I won't be missing anything, at least, and can make a few bucks, at least. Rar. Now, on to the filing out of forms.

I already called Reedy Branch to see about talking to the building manager, so he will hopefully get back to me today and I can figure out when I have to go down and move out my crap :p

I also need to e-mail people in NC and let them know about Texas. Why haven't I done that yet, anyway? :p

I was just about to go answer that :)

I am going to be doing a PHD in nautical Arcaheology at Texas A&M university, so I'll be in texas for the next few years. That's out in Colege Station, though. I have no idea how I am getting there at this point, though. probably i will have to fly in to somewhere close, but I don't know where that will be, or how i will getv to CS from there. Any suggestions?

One of the first things I need to do when i get to texas is learn to drive *sigh*. And then I can probably swing some time to drop in to Dallas ;)

you can fly into CS, I've never done it because its spendy and its a prop plane I think, or the next closest airport is in houston about 1h30min away

You liiiiiiiiiiive! Are you still in Greenville or what?

Yeah, Texas is too big to not know how to drive. Public transport sucks. Texas A&M is a good school... but get ready for Aggie jokes ;) Football is king on that campus. They take their football seriously.

Yeah, flying into Houston will probably get you closest to College Station. Dallas is a bit of a longer drive.

I've never actually been to College Station... no reason to go unless you're going to visit people at A&M. I've had some friends go there, but they're usually pretty eager to get to Dallas, so they always come up here.

HOPE TO SEE YOU SOON!!!

I clearly haven't been paying close enough attention. Where in Texas, exactly?
