Man, I shouldn't be so dissappointed, really. I'll do fine at Texas. I will. It is a good school.

I got my e-mail from UCL this morning, saying they sent out letters last month (which i assume means uly), but obviously I never received anything, since I'm not anywhere where I could have! Bah. Baaaah.

Well I guess the first thing on my list this morning is to e-mail various schools and let them know what is up. I have a few other errands to run as well, and I have to sign into my computer to paypal money to the us. oy oy oy. -_-

okay, school e-mails sent, and I've started working on the stuff I'll need for imigration.... now I'm goig to get up and have breakfast and shower -_- I guess *I* will have to clean the chinchila cages too, among other things.... I'm half tempted to wear crap clothes to hazel's to do that, then shower and such there, and change in to better clothes. Hmmmm. Food first, while I'm deciding.

*hugs* I'm sorry sugar.

But you're right, you'll do fine in/at Texas.

Go, be positive, you'll just have to get yourself a chair at UCL instead ;)

You know what they say, EVERYTHING is bigger in Texas so that means archeology too!

Where in the death penalty state are you heading?

...college station - A&M University

There is a large cam chapter there I think, with some good rp'ers.

heh, noted, thanks ;)

I actually had a dream that i was larping last night - I'd decided to play a Nos, because I never had before. I don't remember who I was playing with, but it was a very small group, and non cam.

Man, I don't even know what the clans are and such these days o_O Crazy new WoD...

Well there is no more rock paper scissors to begin with, and there are five clans now. The kept Ventrue, Nosferatu, and Gangrel from the old stuff and added Mehket (who are kind of like the losombra without obten) and Daeva (who are like Toreador but more combat like)

The have a shit ton of "bloodlines" which are offshoots of the main five, with some familiar names like Bruja (who they turned into a biker gang type line) and the Toreador (who are pretty much the same as they were)

Instead of vampiric society being united under either the Camarilla or Sabbat there are five "covenants". The Lancae Sanctum are based around the theory that Longinus was the first vampire and that they are damned by god to prey on man. The Circle of the Crone encompasses the pagan and "heretical" faiths and focuses on a female diety. The Invictus believe in order through fealty, very dark ages. The Carthians believe in social change, and the Ordo Dracul believe Dracula was real and that he transcended so they all seek to overcome their condition.

Oh, and the nos are no longer ugly as their flaw. They can have either a physical flaw or they can have an aura of evil.

I sent all the books to Rob via dropfiled PDF so he could probable hook you up with them if you were interested. Let me know if you want me to find some cool employed, non-smelly gamers to hook you up with in Bryan's College Station so you have an idea of where is good to stay, where is bad to stay apartment wise.

that would be me. *sigh*

Apartment help and gaming contacts definietly appreciated! <3!

I am going to take the positive route and offer you CONGRATULATIONS on finding yourself a home for your continued work. :D

Now I suppose I have a reason to visit Texas! Besides firebombing the Bush ranch.

(Now the NSA is watching me!)

well. congrats! At least you like Steak! I'm sure texen food is much better then British food.

I'm sure you will have a great time and forget that I ever said "I would never want to live in Texas"... instead change your memory to "Living in Texas would be grand!!"

And find some comfort that I will be in North Bay, freezing my ass off
