I'm not 100% sure about this, but I'm fairly confident that it is not usual to go to bed at 2:30 and wake up again at 5 AM without being able to get back to sleep. Now to be honest, I don't remember if I took a nap yesterday in the early afternoon, but I known I didn't have one between the hours of three and three. I am pretty sure there was no actual nap, though I may have laid down for a bit before I hit upon the idea of a bath. I *did* have a glass of tea with my dinner around eight or so, but usually caffeine stops me from falling asleep in the first place. It doesn't cause me to wake up two hours after I've fallen asleep. The fact that this is the third or fourth night in a row of this ridiculousness leads me to seek other causes, but unsuccessfully.
Dude! I want to sleep more :(
In addition, my stomach is feeling especially acidic atm, and the zantac I took does not seem to be helping. Boo!
I guess I will go back to bed and see if reading my insomnia book will help any. I have just combed through the internet in the usual places and there was not much distraction to be found. Funny that :p
In other news, there is a cacophony of bird sounds coming in through the open window in my computer room. I'm glad that my bedroom is shut because I can't see how I'd ever sleep with such a racket :o
