Snickerdoodles
1/2 C butter
1/2 C shortnening
2 eggs
1 1/2 C sugar
2 3/4 C flour
1 tsp B. soda
2 tsp B. powder
vanilla

roll into balls ~1-1 1/2 ", roll in cinnamon sugar, bake 10-11 min @350. Yum!

Brownies
2 eggs - beat until fluffy
Add: 1 C sugar, 3/4 C flour
In separate bowl: melt 1/2 C margarine, add 1/3 C cocoa
add butter and marg to the rest, beat together.

Pour into 8x8 pan, bake @~370 for 15 min, turn , another ~15 min, should be perfect.

Tomato soup spice cake

1 C sugar
1/2 C margarine
1 C tomato soup
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp b. soda
1 tsp ginger
1 1/2 C flour
pinch of salt

Cream marg and sugar, add soup, mix well, add combined dry ingredients, mix mix mix! Bake@ 350 in 8x8 pan.



I'm going to make tomato soup cake, and then work on something. Thesis, I think. yeah. :p
