The Toronto Star evaluates Harper's options in regards to McKenna as a potential rival.

The Calgary Sun states that McKenna is waiting to see whether or not he's keeping his job before deciding whether or not to run.

I wonder what Harper is going to do... Frankie's just an all around dangerous guy for him at the moment :o

I wouldn't put it past him to run even if he doesn't get ousted ;)

There are things that McKenna and the Liberals stand for that I don't like (against electoral/parliamentary reform, v. strict with party discipline, off the top of my head), but I am confident that he could do a lot of good things for the country.

His kids are shits too.

Totally Liberal, to the Extreme. He's the dude who came in after Hatfield (Tory) made such a mess of things that the Liberals won a *total* landslide in NB (1987 I believe).
