I went to school for the Friday afternoon gaming, but it was just me and Dr Dudley. We chatted for a while, and then I came home and made brownies, as you do.
I am trying to decide if I should read more about Byzantium or work on the thesis. I think thesis. Maybe a nap. If I try to read more of that stat paper on Byzantine trade, I can guarantee another nap :p
Also, I got Storm of Swords in the mail today! Now if I only remembered where I was in it when I left Hazel's...
I am also trying to drink more water, walk faster, and take my vitamins, in an attempt to increase my overall healthfulness. I am also dressed right saucy today: over the knee green socks, a matching green top (the ones Hazel and I bought for our matching outfits at Christmas - it is tastefully clevagey ;), and then my red and green kilt, whoa Bessy! Also my black leather and silver medallion belt
ETA: Everyone knows that the best way to cool down brownies right out to the over is to smother them in ice cream.

2 eggs - beat until fluffy
Add: 1 C sugar, 3/4 C flour, mix.
In a separate bowl:
Melt 1/2 C butter or margarine
Add 1/3 C cocoa, mix until you get most of the lumps out of the cocoa
Add the cocoa to the eggs/sugar/flour mixture.
Pour into a greased 8x8 pan. Cook at ~370-375 for 15 min. Turn pan. Cook for an additional 10-15 min, depending on your particular oven. You know they are done when either: you press down on them, and they spring back into shape, or else you can do the knife test.
Cut 1-2 brownies, add ice cream to taste. Enjoy ^-^
No package yet, though :( I've been looking!
