I got a response from UCl already - I only sent the mail this am. In fact, I got two messages. One was an auto-response, and then an actual answer saying that there is still a chance of an ORS, which could probably help quite a bit. I could *probably* afford one year at least, and hope for more funding after I am accepted. So I'll keep trying. He was still really supportive, which is also encouraging. Whee! He didn't say anything specific about my proposal stuff, but gave me an alternate e-mail at which he could be reached. :)

I'm still waiting for Godeau the bloody package though. I don't know who I could call. I know it got to the Missassauga 'sorttion' centre last night, but I don't know where that is :p

I have watched much House today, and I think that it isn't a show that necessarily needs a visual component. I don't need to *watch* it to follow or be interested. It would be just as good on Radio. I think it helps that the main doctors all have very distinct voices.

ETA: Boo! Regular mail is here, no package. The mail guy said that it could come tonight, or even tomorrow... but that is really not acceptable :p But there was a package for Hazel, again...
