I vcan prove this theory by dempnstrating how it burned my face, even when it is lightyears away ;p
Kenniworth was quite fun. I got to dress up, hang around outside, cook stuff, fight, be a hand maiden to the Queen's handmaiden (not the current quuen.. Margaret of Anjou ;) I had tasty fruit pie that was cooked on an open fire, plus other tasty things, including porridge with honey. Yum! I learned how to make lucet cord (I think). I only got two bruises... a tiny one of a knuckle, and a bigger one on my left calf. I was kept up late by various animal noises and the low temperatures. I have either really nasty allergies or a cold, I'm not sure which (so much polled and woodsmoke... Benadryll is good). I took some pictures, but most of them are still on my camera. Ian: Kennilworth is indeed a red castle, and it has an Elizabethan (I think) sculpted topiary garden. I met many many crazy people. I was the first one down the slide, too.
It was gorgeous weather except, of course, for the five munuted before we started taking stuff down. It started very lightly raining, just enough so that everything was damp :/ So I have a slightly damp tent that I need to dry and return, and nowhere to dry it.
And no one is around to play with tonight! Nobody wuvs me :(
I did find my ring, though. It was in with my kit for the e vent. You know, the stuff I know I unpacked at least twice ;p. At least I have it, though. I feel much better :o
