interesting patterns at these three sites, and especially at the Hoague dumpsite, that require additional material to interpret. Hopefully, material from the published reports and input from Dr. Bump (if she can be reached in the field at her current excavation on the Plateau of Leng), in conjunction with this new data, will produce a clearer idea of site use at these three locations."

Mean Ceramic Dating
Scene: Paint-it-yourself pottery place. Two people meet there on a blind date.
Girl: Hi. This was a crappy idea. Why would I want to paint my own stupid bowls. What is this, fifth grade art class?
Guy: Well, I thought it would be a cute thing to do on a first date, but now that I've gotten a good look at you, fogeddaboudit.
Girl: You're no winner yourself. Is that a moustache, or did a cat shed on your lip?
Guy: Hey, that picture you sent me was nice. Who was it of? Pass me the glaze, will you?
Girl: Here's the glaze. Hand me a brush, ok? And who dressed you, your mother?
Guy: Now that's going too far.
Girl: You're right, not even your mother could hate you that much.
