Well, I've just spent the last week slogging through Daniel Roche's France and the Enlightenment, and just got an e-mail from my proff saying not to bother. MURDER DEATH KILL!

*sigh*. Well, I'm 600 pages smarter about the enlightemnent than I need to be, I guess -_-
