You should all know by now how much I *loathe* revising my own work. Well that is just what I've been told to do, with my reading analysis for The France Book. Bah! It annoys me especially as it is only an excercise, and not worth anything in this specific instance. I find it especially vexing in light of the fact that, even though she basically said that over half what I'd written was not relevant, and that I needed to add footnotes, that she didn't expect that it would take more than an hour or so. She is a crazy mad woman! Crazy! I have strong words!
I also have another three books+ to read for the next meeting, and another reading analysis, that will be twice as long, and encompass all of these things. On the other hand, there will be no final paper. We just get marked on the reading analyses and our discussions. I can handle that. Ish. *sigh*
this has also made me realize how postmodern my though process really is, at times. I am loathe to write things like "Jones says blah", because this is really only my interpretation of what Jones is doing, or trying to do it is not going to be a useful approach, but it is interesting for me to realize why I did it in the first place.\
Okay, I'm going to finish this tomorrow (...maybe ¬_¬). Goodnight.
