This update is purely to kill time. I am at school, in the history lab. The class I am TAing starts in about 20 min. I thought I was going to have to do photocopying this morning, so I came in early. It turns out that the copies aren't needed until Friday, and I couldn't read Dr. Parkerson's handwriting on the second part of the note, so I thought I would ask for clarification before I went ahead and did them. Now I am here with not much to do. No e-mail to take care of, because I haven't heard back from Dr. Ewen yet. I could e-mail Dr. Babits and Carl, since I never got to see them yesterday, or I could go over my notes for... ahh, bugger, I know what I forgot to do. *sigh* I printed my paper for my class this afternoon, but I didn't bring a copy of the historiography map to print out. So I guess I *will* be going home for lunch after all. Its probably for the best, as I only brought an apple. Mmm, apple. Yes, class this afternoon: the France class. Should be interesting, but I supopse I should try and figure out if there is anything particular I would like to cover in that period, Hmmm. As of this moment, I am hoping that I will have somethiung fun to do this evening, but no plans as yet. I am also secretly hoping that somehow, magically, one of the things I ordered on Sunday will be here already! Unlikely, but a girl can hope. Sooooocks!

Rar. Oh yes, I e-mailed a guy from Texas A&M yesterday, and he said my project ideas look interesting, and that next I should come down and visit the school :o Sounds promising! Now.... when could I go, and how could I get there? -_-

Road trip!! Seriously, that'd be fun. Just have to have time to do it.

I was considering the possibilities... the problem is that, in order for it to be worth it, it would have to be done during school time, which would mean missing probably multiple classes.

Nicole is looking at school in the states for her masters, and is wondering about GREs, what things are like for masters students in the states, if there are immigration issues or anything like that, can she email you?
