UCL would be a *much* better place for me, ultimately, as far as access to resources and proffs with specializations, etc go. however, B(oston)U(niversity) does have some pretty big name people whose interests would at least semi mesh with mine, and a chance to work with them couldn't hurt. I would probably rather live in Boston than London, too. It's closer to home, to start with, and it is probably cheaper to live there. Both are big enough cities that I'm sure I could find interesting people. I already know some cool people who live in London, though.
