I'm reminded of how much I loathe Greenville.

I have Scallywag bacjk, and I got Groceries. it was nice of tsiankiio to take me on errands, and it was really nice to see her, chat about music, etc. She was on a schedule (and in fact running late by the time she left), so I never did ask her about the airport. Dina, who I also saw briefly, was busy getting ready for a trip back home. Mreh. Maybe I'll just taxi out there and back tomorrow. I miss being around a lot ofpeople who I didn't mind asking for favours of that kind. I hate not being really independant. I really need to learn to drive.

I hate not being around *people*, though. I've just come back from a vacation where there was always at least *one* other person around to do something with, even if it was only to watch DVDs or something. I don't even have a DVD player.... yet. I'm working on that.

Tonight, though, I have nothing to do, and no one to do it with. There are no prospects on the internet, either. I don't actually own that many books that I haven't read (not including the textbooks I bought today :p). Well, I did just buy Master and Commander to read, but it was in my bookbag :p Which is still at the airport. *sigh*

I'm just lonely and frustrated. It seems like almost everyone around here that I know is in a relationship as well. Which is good for them, but it means that they aren't as free to (pardon my selfishness) entertain me. I think Laura is single, but she's the only one. And I don't even have anything to *do* here. i can't invite someone to come over and watch moivies and hang out, or anything. I need people that I can just caht with, or, god forbid, game with, or *something*.

I bought some fresh salmon to cook for dinner, and I'm having rice with it. Another way I was spoiled when I went away was y my father's garden. There are no nice peas and beans and new potatos here. Mreh. Frozen broccoli it is.

I know, I'm being really bitter, but I really don't see what I can do, tonight, to alleviate this problem, and even long term solutions are escaping me at the moment. At least when people get back from vacation, I might have the internet to divert myself with again :/
