well, *fuck*!

how did I miss that? how?

I just realized, like, not 5 miniutes ago that one of the lots I am researching was actually the site of a famous Historic House of the 19th century, and there is a compoete title search of the property available online.

So, ugh! I feel like I've wasted *hours* in the library. Although I am gratified to see that my research has been correct.... gah! I feel like this is really redundant. If I had known, I would have picked a different lot. And I *don't* have time to do a new one. The library closes in an hour and ahalf, and is only open from 1-10 tomorrow, and the paper is due monday. *And* I don't know what other lots are not taken. *sigh*

Well, I guess I will do it anyway, credit my internet source, and focus on talking about how the land was used (or not used) earlier. Meeeeeeh.... I thought I was doign so well on this too, I was mostly frickin' finished! ;_;

:/

*huggles*

It's not the end of the world. If you are worried that your profs will think you didn't put a whole lot of effort into this, tell them the truth: that you had no idea it was a famous place until today, when you were mostly finished your paper, after spending hours in the library. You're not from the area. I'm sure they'll understand.

Anyway, *you* know how much work you put into this. Be proud of that.
