And I don't even have any mints :/
Well, I have other things, so all is well still.
Today, it started raining in Bath around 11. We took an early and long lunch (right after I'd finished my snack, of course), and then decided to come back and wash artifacts. I washed ten bags all by myself! Okay, maybe Kim helped some, and they weren't all really *big* bags, but still! After that, I went to the library for two and a half hours. I checked up on some informations that someone else gave me on one of my lots, and then found out that I couldn't trace everything because the library doesn't have one of the microfilms that I need. Just one, damnit! Almost everything I need should be in the record of land conveyances, but for some reason, from 1803-1807, or so, they keep a separate record for mortgages and bills of sale. Because the stand-alone microfilm of this record wasn't part of one of the really big important series (like the wills and deeds, etc), the library didn't prioritize ordering it. I guess I understand. The state archives are only an hour and a half drive away, for most people, afterall :p I put in an ILL request.
After *that*, I went swimming, I didn't do much. I just wanted to make sure I culd really swim 300 yards, as I said on my application for for the Niaga. I can, fairly easily. I did swim more than that, but only about half the laps I'd been doing when I was swimming regularly before. I dont have the time! I only got home about 20 minutes ago. That was after stopping at Wendy's though. Because nothing rewards exercise like fast food! Mmm, spicy chicken sandwich and caesar salad...
