Once uon a time, I said I would post a recipe for chocolate chip cookie pie. Only then I couldn't find the recipe. It was in with my classnotes for Material Culture for some bizzare reason. Anyway, now I've got it.

Tollhouse Pie

This is supposed to stay all together, but really, it is better if the butter chocolate chips all sink to the bottom. It is best if a little warm, but that is what microwaves are for, right?

Ingredients:

2 eggs
1 cup self-rising flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup melted butter, cooled to room temperature
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoons vanilla [more vanilla is always better]
1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
1 package Nestle Tollhouse pieces (or chocolate chips :p)
1 unbaked pie shell or graham cracker crust

Beat eggs until foamy. Add flour and sugars and beat until well blended. Blend in melted butter, milk, vanilla, chocolate chips and optional walnuts. Pour into pie shell and bake at 325 F for one hour. Serve warm with whipped cream, ice cream, or both. Don't think about your ass, or your arteries. Enjoy :)

I'll just note that I haven't actually tried making this, I have just eaten it. Yum! It is really rich, unsurprisingly.
