Pft. You want a reason? I'll give you a reason!

You are a highly placed executive for a fish and chips company. You distribute and sell fish. Also potato chips. One day, while on the way home from a grueling day of watching your stock options become worth more money, you are carjacked and kidnapped on the corner of main and 5th, an outrageous and blatant crime performed in broad daylight in front of dozens of witnesses. Unfortunately, due to a hostage situation elsewhere at the same time, the police were unable to come to your rescue in a timely fashion, and the criminals are easily able to escape public notice, leaving your car behind in an abandoned lot.

You are wisked away overseas, just to discover that you have been kidnapped by a highly deranged and ocean-focused environmental terrorist group, appalled at the large numbers of fish that your company has been selling for human consumption. They torture you for days by forcing to you watching educational videos and read pamphlets printed on recycled paper with fully biodegradable ink. During this you make the mistake of saying that the videos are making your brain rot.

Enraged at your impertinence, you are clubbed to the ground and dragged before the leader of the group. He looks at you coldly, enquiring as to what you meant by that comment. Unable to come up with a good answer, you babble for a few seconds before he cuts you off with a harsh blow to the side of the head. He then withdraws two plates. One contains a number of slices of salmon, artfully arranged. The other, horrifyingly enough, is covered with an oozing human brain.

He informs you that you might think your brain is too good for his message, but the question is, will it rot as fast as the fish you have harmed? He gives you an opportunity/ Guess right, and you get to live. Guess wrong, and the world will never know what became of you...
