I am going swimming again today. I am! I'd meant to have gone already, but I was too hungry. So I had lunch... a *crappy* lunch, and now I am waiting the requisite 1/2-3/4 of an hour. I had a bland chicken caesar wrap, and some chocolate milk. Well, the milk was good :) And I also got a bottle of water for later.
Right now, I am killing timwe, with things like this update, and searching out articles on ethnicity and material culture for my presentation. i think I'm getting a better grip on what I am going to say and so forth, which can really only be a Good Thing. I need to start writing it all up pretty soon, eek! I am also trying to decide what the best way to teach will be, since there are only two other students in the class. I mean, it seems silly to give a full out lecture to so few people. We shall see! Dr. Babits suggested doing a powerpoint, though, so I'll have to thik about that. I mean, I'm sure I will have *some* pictures :D Maybe, if I can get people to actually do some readings, we can have a discussion about stuff? I don't know. We'll see.... I'm open to suggestions, though!
What else can I kill time with... Oh, yesterday, I did all my mending! or did I say that already? I don't recall. But I did! I'd meant to wear my fixed pants today, but then prompty forgot. maybe tomorrow. it is kind of rainy and blah today anyway.
I must remember to go to the TRE office today and get my money back from the laundry card machine, and also do the rest of my laundry. The rest of the day will most likely be spen reading. wooh! Maybe doing some more writing, I'm not sure. I do have an aweful lot of crap I need to read, still...
