Mmm, yes, I just got back from swimming, which I haven't done in quite a while. If I were to have guess which parts of me were the least in shape though. I'd have been spot on. I'd have said my arms, especially my triceps, and my lungs. Arr.

My triceps were already burning as I was walking home, so I stretched them out some more. My lung... well, maybe I should just say that I have crappy endurance for cardio-intensive things? I took my inhaler (My *good* inhaler... I am hording it since I can't get it replaced here... hmmm) beforehand but still , even after the first lap (there and back = one lap... I am pathetic), I was quite winded. That was crawl-swimming. I made myself do about 5-6 laps (*really* pathetic) of various styles before I really couldn't take it any more. I thik part of my problem was dehydration, as I was thirrsty going in, then couldn't find the ater fountain, and when I did, it was super gross... People had been using it as a gum repository. Bah! Anyway, I figured I'd pushed myself far enough, being as I was shaky/thirsty/headachy. Probably wasn't the smartest workout I've ever done, but it was do it dumb or not do anything, and if I keep not doing anything, well... I'll never get back into it! Still, I'm open to suggestions about how I could approach this more wisely.

So, anyway, I just drank about a pint of delicious organic apple juice, yum! And I hope my arms are not screaming murder at me tomorrow. I need to figure out when it will be best for me to do this, and if I can do it daily, every two days, or what. hmmm...

In another 'hmmm' moment that just occurred... I know that I have 5 refills on my inhakler at shoppers uptown. I wonder if there is some way i coudl get one of the F'ton crowd to call it in and ship it out to me? They are 26$ each, I could re-pay.
