My today has been a little confused.
I woke up early, but still managed to leave the house late, for no good reason. My material Culture class was a student presentation about coopering, which made me think of KL, and Mr. Fishy (and Dean, but mostly Mr. Fish), and also Ital (mmm... giant bathtub filled with rose petals...) Anyway, maria did a really good job. I also found out that maria, the girl who presented, is, or at least is going to be, head costumer for the theater department when she graduates. And she does do custom work. Considering some of the advice from some people in the
corsetry community, this could be a very very good thing >:D
That was all good. On the way back from class, I stopped at Student Health to make an apointment to get my lungs looked at. They told me I could get one today, which was cool. however, it gave me slightly less than an hour to go and get lunch. I'd been planning to go home, and that plan had to be reconsidered. I grabbed some crappy fast food chicken and chatted in the history lab with
tsiankiio and Michelle, though, so that's all good. And I have drugs! I have antibiotics, and an inhaler, and more allegra. Hooray! I also have this awkward, unproductive 45 minute span in which I cna't accomplish anything productive. I'd planned to look through stuff/order crap from the PRO, but it will have to wait. I'm going home for dinner, now, though, so maybe I can do some then. Oh yes, to add tothe randomness of my day so far, I have also acquired a 10 1/2" cast iron skillet. Just because... It was free! :D It seemed like a thing I should have. And it has a nice heft to it ;) But this is another reason I'd wanted to go home... it's also a heavy thing to load up my bookbag with -_-
Ahh well. All is more or less good, except I have bees and they are making me sleeeeeeepy. I guess I'll just have to kill them faster. Die die die!
I'm sure I had more to say. I bet you aren't at all sad that I don't ^-^
