I hate pay pal :p Mostly because it doesn't give me money when it is supposed to fo no apparent reason, and also because I can't figure out how to buy things with a credit card. It doesn't give me that option al all... Only to pay with paypal funds or else an e-check :p Enlightenment would be most welcome :p

Have you confirmed that your credit card information is correct in your profile? You have to enter it in advance, before making purchases. For me, it takes money out of my Paypal funds first, then if those are all gone, it takes it out of my Visa. Never had a problem to speak of.

It doesn't give me a place to *enter* credit card info, only bank accounts. Or is it the same thing?

Go to paypal.com and sign in. Then go to My Account - Profile on the toolbar at the top. Click on Credit Cards (the first link under Financial Information). You should be able to add a card from there.
