Dear Gail and Carlos,

This fall, I had the misfortune to move away from Fredericton and your wonderful restaurant. I am living in Greenville, North Carolina, at the moment, and am attending East Carolina University's Master's program in Maritme Studies.

And every so often, I get a craving for *good* Mexican food. There are a few Mexican restaurants here. One of them is run but some real Mexicans, yes... but they still pale in comparison to your delicious cuisine. I'm writing this because I just came from that place (called El Ranchito), and am feeling my loss even more greatly! Their portions are not as generous, and their quality not nearly as high. My chicmichanga was soggy, and I'm sure the cheese it was topped with was sliced processed cheese. Their salsa is bland, as is their rice, which is basically orange flavourless mush. You have spoiled me so much! The first time I went there, I ordered a strawberry margarita. Not only was it tiny, but I'm sure it had only a passing aquaintance with any real fruit juices.

I just thought I would let you know that throughout my travels, I have yet to find a place that equal El Burrito Loco for its excellent food, let alone your customer outreach programs...

Nothing Compares!

Heather - come back - we miss you, too! All of our best customers move
away, and then we struggle to get enough people in the door to pay the
bills. Yours is a common refrain - it's too bad more people in Fredericton
didn't feel the way you do.
