Jet lag means I have been waking up at about 6 am the past two days. This isn't really such a bad thing. It means I am up early and can seize the day! Roight? Wel, if only I wasn't so bloody tired at 10 pm :p That's when I went to bed yesterday... around 10:30.

This morning, I have an apointment to sign forms so I can continue working for the school this year, yaaay. And then I will get paid tomorrow, hooray! This is good, because my cash-flow is a little low atm, having just paid my tuition. I also just boughht probably about 350$ worth of text books, and that includes buying about half of them used through Amazon. *sigh*. Well, some of them were just plain expensive, and some of my courses just have a lot of required reading. There are 17 books total, anyway, 1o of them for Carl's class. I t's okay. I need a bigger academic library anyway. And more bookshelves now. It's true. Books expand to overfill the available space :p

I had a really good delayed Diablotin scene last night. I was really very pleased with how it went, all told. This morning, I regret my lack of decent artistic skills, as I had a really cute idea for a picture. It had mar, tom, and Pol. Mar standing on tiptoes dangling a stolen purse in Tom's face with a big grin, thnking about food (you know, thought bubble with turkey leg ;) Tom looking lown at her, smiling a little bashfully, with a little heart in his thought bubble. And Pol luiring in the corner holding up the wall, either looking annoyed (black scribble in thought bubble) or thinking about money, I haven't decided.

Ahh well. Would have been cute. Must get dressed. Must remember to buy groceries on the way home :p Class this afternoon at three. Hrm. I forsee an afternoon of reading English society 1580-1680 by Keith Wrighton. Must get back in school mode.

I don't have the kind of paypal account that you can send money to, I don't think... I could look into setting one up, though. Alternately,. you can send it to my dad, and he can put it in the bank for me. Heck, if I give you the information, you could probably put it in the bank for me :) But that might be annoying for you, I don't know how TD is about that sort of thing. I'll look into the paypal thing, look at me go!

Oh, that reminds me... Would I be able to order some things fro Amazon to your house, and then have you mail them to me with that oh-so-convenient 'gift' tag? I was thinking I would order some (region 1) DVDs, which could then just be put into plain jewel cases for more compact shipping... I would pay you back any expenses + something for your trouble, arr. Believe it or not, although it will take longer, it's cheaper for me to do it this way... Plus If I'm not mistaken, you have an RBC account, which means I can dump money right from my account to yours and not dick around with paypal.

Yes, I just send it to the email account that you are using and you withdraw it into the account of your choice. Let me know which account.

That picture would be cute... I am no good at cartoony drawings, unfortunately, or I would try it myself :)

Ten books for one class ... whoa, that's a heavy load. Does he really expect everyone to read them all?

Yes, Yes he does. And there are articles as well! pretty much, the entire class is: everyone reads the book. Everyone shows up to class. We have three hours to discuss the book, plus maybe other things like looking at contemporary architecture, documents, or what have you. Repeat the next week with new book or readings. The discussion mark is worth 35% of the grade, which is, incidentally, the same as the final paper (of dooooom!).
