For some reason, the ECU paper people (clearly, I mean the people who design and chose the schol-brand paper products, right? ;) have never seen a folding clip-board. You know, you open in, and inside is a clipboard, and this is better than just your average clipboard because the papers clipped to is are protected? Yeah. Every other school I've gone to has these for sale, with school logo. I had one for Sheffield, but a: I wore it out anfd b: wrong sized paper. I had/have one for UNB, but I left it at the Popomalis residence, so will have to pick it up in March, it seems :) Anyway, this sort of cripples my usal note taking technique, which is to carry only a single clip-baord folder with me, and then transfer individual, number sheets of notes into another binder or folder at the end of the dday/week/whenever I get around to it. This means I don't have to worry about running out of paper in my book, which is what happened last term, in all of my classes, even though I had the biggest books I could get. Bah!
This term, I've compromised. I bought one of those fancy leather folders that you can stick a single pad of backed paper into. *and* a clip board. Whose laughing now! huh? Who's laughing *NOW*!
In other news... once again, I *might* have a couch. I might even have a couch for 30$, if I can get it today... We'll see, I guess. Otherwise, I'm just goign to go through IKEA. What's the point of having a credit card and not using it, right? ;p
I already bought almost 250$ of text books.... *sigh*
