In other news, if the university is seriously going to charge me a late fee for not paying my tuition on-time because I was a t a conference that they urged me to go to, I will kick someone in the balls >:|

that sucks, but tis a very uni thing to do, various sections not communicating and being unable to find the collective arse with both hands.
